Will the UK Neverend patch work on the US version?

Sorry, the UK patch was built to sort out the problems specific to the UK version. Loading it onto another version of the game is not recommended. The patch is available here.

If you have installed a non-UK patch to the game you may find that the text within the game is automatically changed to that of the patch's origin. Unfortunately the only way to correct this is to completely uninstall Neverend and reinstall, updating it with the official UK patch.

Do your games run on Windows Vista?

At the moment our games have been tested and are recommended to run on most MS operating systems upto Windows XP. Vista users should use the compatibilty option if any problems are encountered during or after install.

My game doesn’t run properly - can you help?

Computers have so many settings and we cannot guarantee your game will function 100% as hoped, however there are things we can do to try to help. All of our games are tested on a bank of computers with various operating systems and hardware to minimise potential problems. However, if your machine really doesn't want to play ball on this occasion, please send us an email to support@d2dgames.co.uk.
Please ensure you include the following in your email:

Name of game
What happens when you found the problem
The make and model of your PC (specifications)
such as : CPU speed, RAM, Graphic Card etc

A lot of problems can be solved by re-installing your drivers that came with your machine or hardware components.

What is your EULA?

EULA stands for End User Licence Agreement. It is the contract of use that comes into play when you install any of our games on your computer.

What's Level Play?

Level Play is a consumer brand that stands for quality casual gaming at a fantastic price. Instead of playing a game from level 1 and progressing ONLY if you complete the level, Level Play allows you to "Select, Play, Replay or Skip". It takes the pain out of those almost impossible levels we all encounter at some point.

Dusk2Dawn Interactive Limited is always interested in enthusiastic individuals that want to work in the games sector. Currently we have three divisions. Dusk2Dawn is the parent company and deals with all publishing aspects, StarFish Game Studios is our development arm and Brown Towers Sound Studios is our music and sound recording facility.
